Items can be returned in original packaging and of a fit state to resell within 7 days, the exception to this are fragrance oils & waxes .
Fragrance oils, candle and tart making kits and waxes will not generally be refunded or exchanged in any circumstances. None of these products can be received back into stock due to the fact we are no longer able to verify their quality once they have left our premises. The exception to this would be a fragrance oil that has separated or crystalised for some reason during transit and which we will replace once we have had it returned and had the chance to examine it.
Although we take the greatest of care in packaging & sending our products, unless postal insurance has been purchased then any glass items that are damaged in transit can not be replaced or refunded. If ordering anything that is possibly breakable then please ask about our extra postal insurance cover.
Please notify us by email with your order number within 2 working days of receipt of your order about any damaged or missing goods so we can arrange a replacement, credit note or refund. We will not be liable for any claims after this time period.
We do not offer a free return/exchange service.
By law the customer has seven working days after the date of delivery to cancel an order (With the exceptions of fragrance oils & waxes). If you wish to do so you must inform Devon Scents either by writing or E-Mail. The customer will be liable for the cost of returning the goods.
