All of our fragrance oils are Premium quality fragrance oils, & are imported from the US. They are undiluted and of maximum strength. Fragrance oils have a shelf life of approximately one year, and should be stored in a cool dark place.
**Due to additional EU requirements they are not considered to be suitable for use for Bath & Body products in the EU without additional allergen testing to comply with EU regulations. If you are intending to use these for bath & body products to sell to the general public, then you must be responsible for having them tested yourself. These are however suitable for the small hobbyist who is making for themselves or if you intend to give them as gifts.
We do not sell imported fragrance oils (from any country) as being suitable for use in cosmetic products for retail purposes. This is not because they are legally prohibited for use but because countries outside of the EU do not have the identification of the 26 declarable allergens built into their manufacturing process. The MSDS might be completely valid for that country and still not have complete data as required by the Cosmetic Regulations as applicable within the UK and EU. Absence of a declaration of these allergens on the MSDS is NOT a guarantee that they are in fact absent from the oil. A duty of care will ALWAYS fall on you as the cosmetic manufacturer to ensure that the oils you use to fragrance your product are legally compliant and that the original manufacturing process involved in producing any of your ingredients ensures the final MSDS is accurate and includes all information which is required under these regulations. As the oils manufactured in other countries will not have been created to those regulations (irrespective of their quality or intended use overseas) we are not legally allowed to certify these oils as being suitable for use in your products for retail purposes. MSDS is not required for candle making so MSDS for these products will not be supplied.
Keep out of the reach of children and animals. If oil comes into contact with skin while in concentrated form rinse immediately with cold water.
