POSTAGE INFORMATION FOR
THE UK & OVERSEAS

 
All our shipping prices are based on the weight of the packaged item, the county and country it is being shipped to.
 
If your order is dispatched through the normal postal system - Royal Mail, then it will always be posted 1st class recorded, signed for and should arrive with you the day after being received into their system.
 
 Unfortunately, these days it does seem to be hit or miss as to whether you receive your parcel the following day! We can offer a guaranteed next day delivery (due the day after posting NOT ORDERING) for an extra charge, prices are available for postage upon checking out. If you require your order urgently, then please use our priority dispatch. This will ensure your order is prioritised & sent 1st class the following day (Monday - Friday, not including weekends or Bank Holidays) to use this service you must ensure your order is placed before 5pm the day before. You will still need to choose Guaranteed Special Delivery if you want it guaranteed to be delivered the day after that! If your order is dispatched via Courier it will be with you within 2 to 4 days after collection from us. If you would like NEXT DAY DELIVERY (with the exception of Weekends & Bank Holidays) by courier then you will need to upgrade to our Next Day Delivery courier service.
 
 PLEASE NOTE: As of 21/08/2012 - all parcels will be sent 1st class recorded signed for - this makes them fully trackable on line. If you have not received your parcel 15 days after posting then we will make a claim from Royal Mail and refund you when the claim has been received from Royal Mail. 
 
If a parcel is not delivered due to attempted delivery or left at a depot as no-one was at the address to take it in and it gets returned to us, we will make a charge to re-send it. This will be original postage costs + 25%. If we receive a parcel back due to non delivery, we will make contact with you by email to try to re-arrange a delivery. If no contact has been made within 14 days then we reserve the right to restock, resell or destroy the goods in question.
 
You will get the choice on how you wish your goods to be delivered upon checking out.
 
 
FOR COURIER DELIVERIES
PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
 

Please ensure that the delivery address is where there is someone to accept the parcel as a signature WILL be required unless the customer is happy for the parcel to be left in a safe place . The courier will leave the parcel in a safe place IF you add this information in when placing your order. If you would like the parcel delivered to a different address (maybe a work address) please enter this information into the shipping address field or in the comments field. If your address is difficult to locate please give extra instructions.

If you are not in to accept delivery, the couriers will leave a card and will wait for you to contact them to rearrange delivery. Should an order go missing in transit we will, of course, contact the carrier to initially try and locate your parcel, if sent by courier then we have a tracking note. If this is unsuccessful we shall file a claim for non delivery and replace your order. We cannot however, be held responsible if you have asked for it to be left without signature in a safe location - i.e. Gas Box, Shed etc...

The charge we make only covers 2 delivery attempts to the address entered on the order form. If the customer requests a different address after the parcel has been despatched there will be another delivery charge. If a third delivery is needed a further delivery charge will be made.

The couriers do not keep parcels for an unlimited time and after 5 days if unclaimed, the parcel will be returned. The courier company makes a charge for returning a parcel and this will be passed on to the customer. Please see above.
 
If your order is urgent, please let us know and we will do what we can to ensure it is delivered on time. Guaranteed next day/timed delivery and Saturday delivery can be arranged but there will be an extra cost.
 
FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS:
 

For international orders the items MUST fit in ONE box, postage is set by weight for anything up to 1 KG - anything over 1 KG needs to be E Mailed to us before placing your order otherwise you will not get the true postage costs. If the order is likely to need more than one box the customer will be informed about the extra cost beforehand. Please also note that all packages sent overseas will now be sent 'Signed For' this is reflected in the postal costs.
