COLLECT +

We are now able to offer Collect + as an optional delivery service.

With the uncertainty surrounding what is happening with Royal Mail at present this is a perfect solution & costs less than a courier service.

Parcels are limited to up to 10 KG – but for a set cost of £4.50 (inc packaging) we feel this is a very viable option.

As this is a totally different delivery option meaning you collect your parcel the process is as follows:

We take your parcel to our local store that offers the Collect + Service, this is then collected by The Home Delivery Network Ltd and delivered to your nearest Collect + store that offers this service.

PLEASE PUT YOUR PREFERRED STORE IN THE DELIVERY ADDRESS BOX - OTHERWISE WE WILL DELIVER TO THE NEAREST STORE TO YOU ON THE LIST

All stores are open at least 9 hours a day, Monday – Saturday meaning you can collect your parcels at a time that suits you. Most Collect + stores are open 7 days a week, from early morning until late at night. Parcels are then kept for up to 10 days. This service is perfect for those who are working etc and perhaps cannot stay at home waiting for a delivery. Please note, delivery can take up to 7 days.

All parcels can be tracked throughout the process and you will be sent updates either by email or SMS text message, they will inform you when the parcel is ready for collection. Parcels are also insured for up to £40.00.
